Job Description : Government Affairs : Having extensive experience in dealing with public policy, policy advocacy, government affairs, regulatory &amp; liaison activities, and networking &amp; outreach strategies for the company both at the center and at the state level. Core Responsibility : Laisioning with various Government Organizations. - Policy Communication : Shall have effectively undertaken formal Internal &amp; External Communications on Policy &amp; Regulatory matters. - Responsible for preparing &amp; submitting business responses on behalf of the Company on various Policy matters to concerned Authorities &amp; Industrial Forums. - Policy Discussions : Shall lead the policy strategy discussions by providing recommendations on policy position and set expectations on impacts to the Company's business. - Position Papers : Responsible for preparing summaries of legislative, regulatory and policy issues and developments which impacts the interest of the organization. - Project Development : Active coordination with the in-house Operation and Business Strategy team, providing valuable information on state/central government perspective to provide for a strong Proposal and a Feasibility Report. - Project Coordination : Active Coordination between various verticals in an organization for project evaluation &amp; monitoring. - Maintaining detailed MIS report for Various developments. - Responsible for handholding support activities of the business with the concerned Govt./ regulatory agencies.
