About the profile:

We are looking for a senior General Manager Construction & Technical to provide overall technical leadership and strategic direction for multiple real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all technical aspects of projects, including Civil, Structural, MEP, Design, Engineering and Construction.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC teams, contractors and other technical stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, quality, technical compliance, timelines and execution standards from the corporate office.

- Review and resolve critical technical issues across projects and drive effective solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications and quality standards.

- Manage and strengthen the overall technical function across multiple projects.

Candidate Profile:

- BE/BTech in Civil / Structural Engineering preferred.

- 18+ years of relevant experience, preferably with reputed Builders/Developers, PMC or MEP/Engineering Consultancy firms.

- Should currently be at GM / AVP / VP / Head / Director level or equivalent.

- Strong experience in overall technical/project management across Civil, Structural and MEP domains.

- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
