General Manager - Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards | Gurgaon | 50 LPA+

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leader for a senior leadership mandate with a leading organisation.

- Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives, to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across the organization.

- Oversee the end-to-end management of benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement schemes, to enhance employee well-being and engagement.

- Lead annual compensation review cycles and salary benchmarking exercises, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
