Job Title/Role: Sales Manager
Department: Sales
12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mainly into Commercial Sales)
Job Purpose Statement:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating steady pipeline of potential buyers through various channels.
Areas of Responsibility:
- To support planning of sales targets for the site for the financial year in liaison with the Site HeadSales/ Project Head Sales.
- To work in close coordination with the Site Head Sales & Project Head Sales to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- To assist in deal closures onsite.
- To build Channel Partner Network & explain the project and activating new channel partners.
- To provide proper clarity to the Channel partners & customers if required regarding the construction timelines, financing options, maintenance management, etc. during the sales stage.
- To map the competition & their differentiators. Ensure that the booking formalities are completed before handing over to the CRM.
- To support the Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Support team for managing customers with any queries specific to the deal.
Benchmarking & Adoption
of Market competitive policies: Benchmarking of leading brands and analysis of market competitive policies and processes.
Due Diligence: Excellent Negotiation, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
To ensure all the Terms & Conditions of the deal are documented and the agreements are made.
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream
Relevant Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mainly into Commercial Sales)
Knowledge Overall understanding of sales lifecycle, knowledge of relevant micro-market
Behavioural skills:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate
- Performance driven,open to learn,strong work ethics
- Demonstrate professional & culturally sensitive work ethic
