Role Purpose : To lead the Accounts Department and support the Error Free Accounting system as per the specified AS by owning end-to-end Accounting processes till creating Final B/S. Role : General Manager Role Location : Mumbai Department : Commercial Reports to : VP Commercial Qualification Required : MBA-Finance / Inter CA / M.Com Experience Required : Minimum 10 Years for Inter CA OR Minimum 12 Years for M.Com. Should have worked in a company having multiple locations with manufacturing background with a turnover of more than 200 Crores Must Experience : Should be proficient with SAP and should have atleast one SAP life cycle implementation experience Major Responsibilities : - Co-ordination with all plants and timely preparation of Monthly MIS statement - G S T Returns Filing and taking input credit - Approving all supplier bills manual/SAP - All Other ROC , Incometax Related works - Prepare Final Balance sheet Related Work for all Units - Maintaining all the records Additional Responsibilities : - Preparation of TDS Statement and File Return for All Units - Payment of TDS, Provident Fund and Other Government Related all Units - Payment of all other company Related and Personal Related Bills - Helpful to department staffs in their work and also Expenses and Bank Payment Entry - Follow up for all personal investment entries of all directors and their accounts with Balance sheets and Income tax returns. - Timely data entries in SAP - Preparing Cash flow statements - Maintaining petty cash account
