Job Title : GM Commercial Reports to : Promoter Age : 32-40 Years Job Summary : - The GM Commercial will be responsible for managing the Sales, HR, and Finished Goods Logistics functions of the organization. - The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, HR operations, and logistics, and will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in each area. Responsibilities : Sales : - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets. - Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members are meeting or exceeding individual and team goals. - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Finished Goods Logistics Function : - Manage the logistics function, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution. - Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers while minimizing transportation costs. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain performance. - Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, HR operations, and logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
