The Mission

Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end Finance Shared Services (P2P, O2C, R2R, Taxation).

You will act as an embedded strategic partner, driving service excellence, SLA/KPI governance, operational scaling, and business expansion.

What You Bring

- 10 - 15 Years of hardcore experience in F&A Operations & Shared Services Delivery.

- Mastery over SLA/KPI governance, complex ERP platforms, and multi-process CoEs.

- Authority & Gravitas to lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) and manage high-level client escalations.

- Sharp Commercial Acumen to spot expansion opportunities and scale contract value
