Hiring: General Manager - Client Servicing & Business Development

Location: Delhi

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Qualification: Postgraduate in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication or Integrated Communication

We are looking for a senior Client Servicing & Business Development leader to drive our Government & PSU business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage & grow Government Ministries, Departments & PSU accounts

- Lead new business acquisition, tenders, RFPs & bidding

- Drive key account management, revenue & P&L

- Lead cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy, Digital & Execution

- Identify opportunities across Digital, Social Media, Branding, Events & Communications

- Build relationships with senior Government stakeholders & decision-makers

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong Government / PSU experience in Advertising, MarCom, Events or Integrated Communications

- Proven BD & tendering expertise

- Experience managing large accounts & teams

- Strong commercial, presentation, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
