Role Overview:

As the General Manager - Civil, you will spearhead all civil construction operations for our international projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and local stakeholders to drive project execution and foster strong relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing construction processes, mitigating risks, and achieving exceptional project outcomes, directly impacting our company's reputation and profitability in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Develop and implement effective construction strategies and methodologies to optimize resource utilization and minimize project costs.

- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards throughout the construction process.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future plans.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects in international environments, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.
