Business Development Head - Non-Toys (GM / CXO Level)
Location: Bangalore | Reports to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute business growth and market expansion strategy for the Non-Toys segment.
- Lead new business development, client acquisition, and key account management across B2B and OEM customers.
- Own P&L, revenue growth, pricing, and margin optimization.
- Drive brand positioning and market visibility across industries such as Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, Medical & Industrial Plastics.
- Lead end-to-end deal closure including RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, SCM, and finance teams to deliver scalable, competitive solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, trade shows, and leadership platforms.
Candidate Profile:
- Engineering / Business graduate; MBA preferred.
- 20+ years in Business Development with 8-10+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in plastic injection molding / components manufacturing.
- Proven success in B2B sales, OEM engagement, contract manufacturing, and P&L ownership.
- Strategic, commercially strong, and excellent at client acquisition and negotiations.
