Reporting To: Chairman Managing Director

Position Overview:

The General Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operational functions of Infopace Management Pvt Ltd. The role involves translating the strategic vision of the leadership into effective operational execution, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all organizational verticals.

The position requires strong leadership capability to drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure that business objectives and revenue goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution:

- Implement and execute the organization's strategic plans and business objectives.

- Develop operational strategies that support organizational growth and long-term sustainability.

- Monitor execution of projects, programs, and services across various verticals.

Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the organization.

- Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure alignment between departments to achieve organizational goals.

Business Growth & Revenue Performance:

- Support the development and execution of revenue-generating initiatives across services and verticals.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships.

- Track and monitor revenue performance against business targets.

Organizational Leadership:

- Lead and mentor department heads and operational teams.

- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration across the organization.

- Facilitate coordination among different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

- Develop governance frameworks and operational controls.

- Maintain transparency and reporting mechanisms across functions.

Financial & Resource Management:

- Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.

- Ensure operational activities remain aligned with financial goals and sustainability.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved resource utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, industry bodies, and ecosystem participants.

- Represent the organization in operational and program-related engagements when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of operational and revenue targets

- Operational efficiency and process optimization

- Successful implementation of strategic initiatives

- Growth in partnerships and organizational programs

- Team productivity and performance

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 12-18 years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in senior operational leadership roles.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing multi-functional organizations or consulting/service-based businesses.

- Exposure to startup ecosystems, innovation programs, or accelerator/incubator environments is an added advantage.

- Experience working with corporate partners, institutions, and government stakeholders.
