About the Role:
The GM - Business Program Manager will be responsible for driving strategic transformation programs and ensuring structured governance across multiple group-level initiatives. The role demands strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to translate strategic priorities into executable outcomes.
You will work closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and Program Sponsors to monitor delivery milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure timely decision-making through structured reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program governance, ensuring alignment with GMRs strategic priorities.
- Establish and enforce standardized PMO methodologies across initiatives.
- Track and report program performance, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely interventions.
- Develop executive dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between business units, technology teams, and partners.
- Lead agile planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and milestone management.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks; ensure root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Implement standard tools, templates, and processes for PMO consistency.
- Lead change management and organizational readiness during strategic rollouts.
- Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team, ensuring continuous capability development.

- 10% cost optimization through process improvements
- 95%+ change adoption rate across initiatives
- 100% stakeholder participation in governance reviews
Must-Have Qualifications:
Education:
- MBA or equivalent (mandatory) from a premier institution
- PMP / Prince2 / PMI-ACP (mandatory)
Experience:
- 10-15 years in strategic advisory, transformation, or PMO leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years in strategic PMO or large-scale transformation roles with senior leadership exposure
- Experience in infrastructure, aviation, or real estate sectors preferred
