Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and drive overall business operations, ensure service excellence, and support the companys growth strategy. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams within the travel and tourism domain.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Lead and manage end-to-end business operations to ensure smooth functioning and service delivery.

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion.

- Oversee daily operations including travel planning, bookings, vendor coordination, and customer service.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and resolving escalations effectively.

- Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, vendors, hotels, and service providers.

- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

- Drive team performance through leadership, training, and performance management initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends in the travel industry.

- Implement tools and systems to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in operations management within travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

- Proven expertise in business strategy, revenue growth, and P&L management.

- Knowledge of travel operations including ticketing, itinerary planning, and vendor management.

- Experience with travel booking systems, CRM tools, and operational software.

- Strong understanding of customer experience management and service delivery excellence.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

- Strong knowledge of process optimization and operational efficiency frameworks.

- Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred:

- Experience in travel and tourism industry with exposure to leisure travel operations.

- Familiarity with global travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences.

- Experience in scaling operations or managing multi-location teams.
