Business Head- Auto dealership: The dealership business head ensures the profitability of the dealership by overseeing the various departments which includes Sales, Service& Parts, and administration. Responsibilities include, but certainly not limited to, planning, motivating, and coordinating the dealership's management through leadership and solid business practices. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Directs sales and service functions that will enhance the revenue growth by Planning and developing short and long-term goals. 2. Analyzes sales history to formulate new policies designed to promote sales. 3. Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending, and creating improved courses of action where necessary. 4. Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees and following up with employees to ensure that these issues are understood and followed. 5. Providing dealership management with weekly reports on the financial condition of the dealership. 6. Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management. 7. Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership. 8. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. 9. Creating a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel and maintaining these relationships. 10. Collaborate with OEM suppliers/manufactures to devise special retail sales schemes for the dealership. 11. Coordinating regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency. 12. Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers. 13. Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale. 14. Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints. Education and Experience/Requirements 1. Degree or postgraduate, preferably automobile engineering 2. 15 to 20 years of experience in automobile sector in driving sales function. 3. A curiosity to evolve our industry, while possessing the motivation to modernize the auto sales vertical. 4. High level of comfort with digital technology solutions 5. Startup/early-stage company experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills 6. Customer first mentality with a big picture approach, but ability to - sweat the details.- 7. Process driven but flexible enough to adapt processes as required by circumstances. 8. Strong Financial acumen 9. Stakeholder management (collaboration with various stakeholders) 10.
