General Manager - Business Development - Pharmaceuticals

Job Description:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Business Development function for the API business.

- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on regulated markets.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, customers, markets, products, and partnerships.

- Build and manage a strong API product portfolio aligned with market demand and business objectives.

- Drive portfolio development with a focus on creating and managing a 100 Cr+ business pipeline/portfolio.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.

- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships across commercial, technical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and internal leadership teams.

- Leverage market intelligence and business data to identify high-potential products and opportunities.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, pricing analysis, and opportunity assessment.

- Work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of business opportunities.
