Company Overview: A leading Real Estate Developer HQ in NCR Region across Real Estate Asset classes.  Key Responsibility Areas:  - Take ownership of development of product, business planning & business execution.  - Designing new business/products, driving new business to take off  - Research & analysis of market by field visits, market search, feasibility study for new acquisitions/ site as per the company requirement  - Prepare deal notes/ information memorandum for management approval.  - Kick start the proposed/identified business and monitor through lifecycle.  - Drive design approval & Execution  - Network and interact with brokers, IPCs etc. on a continuous basis to capture market intelligence, key RE trends of various cities/micro-markets.  - Formulate scope of work for third party opinion studies and liaison with IPCs to invite quotations and finalize agreements for such feasibility/ market studies.  - Researching on business plan for new projects, alternate assets classes, preparing cases with details for approvals and driving it through system, delivery and execution.  - Market trend tracking, on ground research, Market mapping and advise management on emerging opportunities.  Experience: 5 - 10 Years of experience in Real Estate Market research, Fund Management, Asset Management, Investor Relations.  Required Knowledge:  Market Intelligence, FDI, Deal Sourcing & Structuring, Business Planning & Development, Financial Modelling, Understanding of building bye-laws/ statutory norms, RERA, GST, Zoning, Policy Framework, Land, Sales & Marketing, Understanding of Legal Aspects of Real Estate
