General Manager - Business Development - BIM & Engineering Services

Role: BIM Business Development Manager.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Business Development to drive international business growth for our BIM and Engineering Services division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets in the USA, Europe, and Canada markets.

About the Role:

The General Manager - Business Development will be responsible for leading the business development efforts in the BIM and Engineering Services sector, focusing on international markets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities for BIM and Engineering Services in the USA, Europe, and Canada.

- Acquire new customers while expanding relationships with existing clients.

- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.

- Conduct market research and develop sales strategies for new service offerings.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, requirement gathering, solution consulting, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

- Build and maintain relationships with Directors of Engineering, VP Engineering, and C-level executives.

- Guide and mentor lead generation teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications:

- 8+ Years (MBA Preferred).

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of business development experience in BIM or Engineering Services.

- Strong experience in international B2B sales.

- Proven expertise in new client acquisition and revenue generation.

- Good understanding of the BIM and AEC industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

- Excellent market research and business development capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

- MBA qualification.

- Experience selling BIM, CAD, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Design Services.

- Experience working with clients in the USA, Europe, or Canada.
