Role:
- Business Development Professional who can do end-to-end deal making from sourcing till definitive documents.
- We are looking for a strong candidate who can independently source and close large transactions.
- The candidate will be independently handling real estate investments and business development activities and would be responsible for making sound investments with high ROI for the company.
- The candidate will be sourcing deals, understanding the markets, directly interacting with land owners, supporting technical and legal due diligence and concluding the transactions independently.
- Ideal Candidate will have Business Development & Investment Experience in MMR Region.
- Having strong network of brokers in MMR and strong understanding of regulatory and approvals in MMR.
- 5-10 years in business development/strategy roles.
