About the Role:
- We are hiring for a dynamic and commercially astute leader to drive strategic growth across key accounts and new business initiatives for a leading full-service experiential agency.
- The role focuses on expanding high-value client relationships, revenue acceleration, and positioning the agency as a preferred partner for integrated brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client strategy and growth initiatives, converting briefs into scalable business opportunities.
- Drive business acquisition across industries, owning the sales lifecycle end-to-end.
- Deliver quarterly & annual revenue targets, oversee pricing, proposals, and profitability.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships and drive exceptional client experience.
- Lead & mentor cross-functional client servicing and acquisition teams.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Finance, Operations & Delivery to ensure seamless execution.
- Track market trends and competition to drive innovation and pitch differentiation.
- Ensure process governance and compliance with internal systems and reporting.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 15-20 years of leadership experience in business development, client strategy & integrated marketing services.
- Proven success in revenue growth, strategic planning & large account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication & stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working in an agency or B2B ecosystem with fast-paced delivery requirements.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a bias for action.
