Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of Brownfield/Greenfield Cement Projects from initiation to commissioning while ensuring project delivery within timelines and budget.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

- Ensure installation, erection, and commissioning of technologically advanced cement plant machinery and equipment.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, specifications, and resource planning to achieve project objectives.

- Drive contractor management, manpower planning, and site execution activities while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards and environmental guidelines at project sites..

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.

- 20-25 years of experience in cement plant projects, upgradation, or capacity expansion projects.

- 10-15 years of leadership experience managing large project teams and site operations.

- Working knowledge of SAP ERP.
