Objective: You will take end-to-end ownership of a diverse portfolio of brands. You aren't just managing marketing; you are running a business unit. Your goal is to scale brand revenue while protecting EBITDA, ultimately preparing to take over leadership responsibilities for the brand aggregation division.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Manage the full Profit & Loss statement for assigned brands, ensuring growth in Top-line (Revenue) and Bottom-line (Contribution Margin).
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute 1-3 year roadmaps for US-based brands, focusing on category expansion, SKU rationalization, and market penetration.
- Marketplace Mastery: Lead the strategy for Amazon (FBA/FBM) and Walmart.com, optimizing for SEO, Buy Box ownership, and high-conversion A+ content.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee multi-million dollar ad spends (Amazon PPC/DSP) with a hawk-eye focus on ROAS and ACoS.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Collaborate with ops teams to ensure 99%+ in-stock rates for US warehouses, managing the nuances of cross-border logistics.
- Succession Leadership: Act as the acting lead in the VP's absence, managing cross-functional teams (Creative, Supply Chain, Tech) to ensure brand alignment.
Requirement:
- Experience: 10-14 years in Ecommerce, ideally within a Brand Aggregator or a high-growth D2C brand.
- US Market Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with US consumer behavior and Amazon North America marketplaces is non-negotiable.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to "speak in numbers"-must be comfortable with advanced Excel, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and financial modeling.
- Leadership: Proven experience mentoring a team of Brand Managers or Category Specialists.
