Job Description:

- Design & Implement comprehensive brand strategy.

- End to end brand management experience is essential.

- Candidate will be working as a brand custodian, further designing, building and maintaining brand architecture.

- This is to drive profitable brand growth led by portfolio growth.

- Should have the ability to instill a consumer centric thinking to accelerate innovation rate and success.

- Develop portfolio architecture & build competitive advantage.

- Ability to build & execute annual marketing plans aligned to the long term marketing strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile -

- 5-6 Yrs thorough experiece in branding is highly desirable.

- 9 -10 Yrs of total work experience, out of that, 5-6 years of relevant and recent work experience is required for the role.

- Looking for candidates from premier B-school.

- Candidates predominentaly in Key accounts / Sales / Trade Marketing etc will not be a right fit.

- Looking for candidates from Paint / Building Material / Construction industry.
