About the Role:

A leading global automotive organization is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to head Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Material Flow, and Supply Chain functions. The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, quality standards, process optimization, and strategic transformation initiatives within a world-class manufacturing environment.

This position offers an opportunity to lead large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations while contributing to future-ready digital and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control to ensure optimal capacity utilization and achievement of production targets.

- Oversee Material Flow, Internal Logistics, and Vendor Coordination to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations including supplier relationship management, procurement coordination, and inventory optimization.

- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business scalability.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.

- Lead manufacturing operations across assembly/body shop or related production areas.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Global Teams to align production with business requirements.

- Drive strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence.

- Develop long-term and short-term operational and supply chain strategies.
