Job Title: General Manager/ Associate Director-Sales
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Mode- WFO (6 days/week)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager/ Associate Director-North to drive B2B ecommerce sales and strengthen our presence in the assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business clients, developing strategic partnerships, and managing small accounts to drive revenue growth through our ecommerce platform.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential business customers, pitch our ecommerce solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new B2B clients, including product education, account setup, and platform usage.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular reports on performance, forecasts, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travelling the assigned territory with the team and generate sales in terms of value and volume from Ayurveda Doctor, Chemists and Distributers.
