Role Overview:
We are hiring for senior-level positions (GM/AVP/VP) in Public Affairs & Government Partnerships. These roles will drive strategic engagement with government bodies, CSR foundations, and multilateral organizations, while leading policy advocacy and high-impact institutional partnerships.
- GM/AVP: Minimum 7 years of experience, strong consulting/policy background, individual contributor with stakeholder management responsibilities; future potential to lead a team.
- VP: Minimum 10 years of experience, proven policy leadership and thought leadership; responsible for shaping overarching public affairs strategy and representing the institution at global platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with government ministries, CSR foundations, regulators, and international agencies.
- Lead development of proposals, grant applications, MoUs, and strategic collaborations.
- Represent the institution in high-level policy discussions, roundtables, and global forums on education, skilling, and employability.
- Provide forward-looking policy insights, thought leadership, and white papers for leadership.
- Align cross-functional internal teams (academics, placements, operations, admissions, marketing) to deliver on government-linked mandates.
- Track and analyse skilling, education, and employability policy developments, advising leadership on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
- Consulting Backgrounds: Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney) or boutique firms (Sattva, Samagra, Bridgespan).
- Strong track record in public affairs, government engagement, grant writing, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
