Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Facility Management to lead business operations, client relationships, P&L, business development, and client onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with a Facility Management or Integrated Facility Management (IFM) company and proven expertise in managing multiple project sites, large client accounts, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall Facility Management operations across multiple project sites and client locations.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

- Own and manage P&L, revenue, profitability, cost control, and operational performance.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.

- Drive Business Development and identify new business opportunities within Facility Management or IFM.

- Lead the complete Client Onboarding and Mobilisation process, from contract finalisation through operational transition.

- Manage contract implementation, service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion, cross-selling, and account growth.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, MIS, and business performance reports.

- Lead and mentor large operational teams and ensure manpower productivity and optimum resource utilisation.

- Monitor site-level performance, operational costs, manpower deployment, and service quality.

- Conduct regular reviews of project sites and ensure timely resolution of operational and client-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, quality, and company requirements across all sites.

- Handle client escalations and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and long-term business continuity.

Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of overall experience, with substantial experience in Facility Management or Integrated Facility Management (IFM) companies.

- Mandatory experience in handling multiple project sites or client locations.

- Candidates should have experience managing Facility Management projects across sectors such as residential projects, commercial or corporate buildings, shopping malls or retail projects, hospital or healthcare projects, large mixed-use developments, and other large-scale integrated facility management projects.

- Strong experience in P&L Management, Client Management, Business Development, Client Onboarding, and Operations Management.

- Proven track record in client acquisition, account management, business growth, and client retention.

- Strong understanding of Facility Management contracts, SLAs, KPIs, manpower planning, and service delivery.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage large teams, multiple projects, and geographically diverse operations.

- Strong commercial and business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
