Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned AVP - Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a large garment unit in Odisha.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production management, quality, lean systems, and operational excellence within export-oriented apparel factories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily factory operations across production, quality, planning, and IE.

- Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization through lean & best manufacturing practices.

- Lead large teams and ensure smooth execution of bulk orders.

- Ensure compliance with buyer standards, audits, and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and leadership teams to meet delivery & quality KPIs.

- Build and develop strong operational teams.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.

- Must have handled large factories / multi-line setups.

- Strong knowledge of woven/knits production systems.

- Proven experience in achieving OTD, efficiency, and quality targets.
