Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee and scale healthcare operations across multiple centres nationwide. This is a national role that requires strategic planning, execution capability, team leadership, and a strong business orientation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead operations across all centres ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency

- Drive centre-level KPIs including registrations, revenue, cost control, and satisfaction

- Oversee timely launch of new centres, including infrastructure, staffing, and licensing

- Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality

- Interface with corporate teams (HR, Marketing, Clinical, IT, Finance) to align execution

- Build, train, and mentor a strong operations team across regions

- Standardize processes, SOPs, and quality benchmarks across all centres

- Regularly review performance with consultants and ops teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 15-18 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare, IVF, diagnostics, hospitals, or retail chains

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Process-oriented with strong data and business acumen

- Willing to travel extensively across India
