We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is an established and well-funded EdTech organization and part of a large group. They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a smart B2B Enterprise Sales Head for the IT/ITeS verticals. This position reports to the Head of Sales.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Own the P&L for the IT & ITES training vertical
- Develop and execute a scalable vertical strategy aligned with market trends and business goals
- Identify growth opportunities across B2B Enterprise clients, alliances, and product lines
- Design and develop comprehensive IT/ITES learning solutions (Tech Upskilling, Full-Stack, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.)
- Lead content strategy in partnership with internal teams and SMEs.
- Build tailored learning pathways (certification-aligned, project-based, cohort-based learning models).
- Engage with CHROs, CTOs, L&D Heads, and Delivery Leaders to consultatively understand needs and position
- Delivery Oversight & Quality (of Faculty, Ops, Learner Success Metrics, ROI etc)
- Team & Partner Ecosystem Management
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tech and learning formats (AI, AR/VR, Simulations, Lab-based learning).
To qualify for this position you should:
- 10+ years of B2B Enterprise sales in the Edtech domain
- Preferably have experience in the Technology/ITeS domain
- Good experience in working with organizations to curate and create Training solutions customized to their needs
- Exp in ensuring traning delivery, quality, customer satisfaction
- Experience in managing P&L for the division
- Excellent communication and team building
- Be from Delhi or ready to relocate
