Function: Corporate HR + Plant HR
We are looking for an experienced AGM / GM - HR to lead both Corporate HR and Plant HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR & Administration for Corporate Office and Plant operations.
- Manage HR strategy, manpower planning, recruitment, payroll and performance management.
- Drive Industrial Relations, employee engagement, grievance handling and contract labour management.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act and statutory requirements.
- Manage KRA/KPI, training & development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle HR budgeting, policies, incentives and organizational development.
- Manage government liaison, statutory inspections and audits.
- Partner with business and functional heads for effective people management and workforce planning.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in HR, preferably from the Manufacturing sector.
- Strong experience managing both Corporate HR and Plant HR.
- Hands-on exposure to IR, Labour Compliance, Plant HR and HR Operations.
- Suitable for AGM / GM - HR level.
