We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Customer Services for high-impact businesses across:

- Electric Vehicles (2W, 3W, 4W & Commercial Vehicles)

- Energy Storage Systems

- Industrial Applications & Railways

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 15-20+ Years

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end customer service delivery

- Managing field performance, warranty & escalations

- Driving RCA/CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives

- Building strong OEM and customer partnerships

- Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain teams

We are looking for professionals with strong exposure to:

- Lithium-ion batteries / EV ecosystem / Energy Storage

- Technical support & field service management

- Warranty handling & failure analysis

- Customer-centric leadership in manufacturing environments
