About the role:


As a GM AI Vertical, youll own one of our AI business verticals end-to-end. You will lead a team of AI Agent Product Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Sales Managers to acquire, onboard and scale mission-critical voice AI campaigns for Indias largest consumer enterprises. This role is the intersection of strategy & execution across sales, operations and customer success.

Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for your AI vertical end-to-end including growing revenue (new & existing) and improving gross and contribution margins.

- Lead the whole customer lifecycle from sales onboarding stabilization upsell/cross-sell with your team.

- Steer deployment of Companys Voice AI Agents for the largest consumer enterprises globally, ensuring AI agents become mission-critical to how millions of customers are engaged.

- Engage deeply with customers, from discovering requirements and demonstrating solutions, to addressing technical challenges, and tailoring agents to their business processes.

- Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-level executives, guiding their AI roadmap, aligning deployments with strategic goals, and ensuring measurable impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.

- Run high-velocity feedback loops into Product and Engineering, channeling real-world insights to shape the roadmap, resolve friction, and accelerate adoption at scale.

- Be a builder at heart, diving deep into complex problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them into millions of consumer interactions every month.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, P&L Ownership (Sales, Operations, Customer Success), Strategy Consulting, ideally in AI-native companies or adjacent domains.

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape the design of large AI agent deployments

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them.
