We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. The company is looking for tax and compliance specialist having experience in maintaining and implementation annual tax calendars, preparation of tax reports, finalization of tax summaries for periodic direct and indirect tax filing to the regulators. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of Annual Tax Compliance calendar (Direct & indirect taxes) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations - Preparation of Tax MIS, computation of taxes, preparation of tax summaries, preparation of returns and timely submission of the returns to the regulators - Business and services analysis and expert opinion on tax saving practices and suggestions to top management - Experience in drafting replies to taxation and statutory authorities, drafting of legal documents and interpretation and relevant companies act, and applicable laws of the country. - Coordination and support in the finalization of accounts and submission of appropriate tax schedules for statutory auditors.
