The Role:

Seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, GST/taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.

- Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial systems.

- Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.

- Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure performance.

- Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Preferred experience in manufacturing industries, with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience in managing company finances and accounts.

- Expertise in financial planning, management reporting, and internal controls.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, statutory compliances, and taxation.

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
