Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day accounts and report to VP Finance & Accounts

- Coordinate with business heads for smooth data flow into accounts

- Handle GST/TDS compliances and attend assessments/notices

- Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and monitoring actuals vs budget

- Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting including P&L, cash flows, and working capital

- Finalize accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax and internal audits

- Lead and motivate a large accounts team (30 to 40 members) with strong communication skills.
