The role requires strong strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, operational excellence, and artistic engagement. - The GM will act as the key liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring that the organization meets its mission of becoming a premier destination for arts and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement long-term strategic plans across all departments. - Align creative initiatives with business goals and emerging industry trends. - Lead partnership development with artists, cultural institutions, and sponsors. 2. Leadership & Team Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations including exhibitions, events, and performances. - Inspire and mentor teams while fostering a collaborative culture. - Monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols. 3. Decision-Making & Analysis: - Analyze market trends and business data to make informed decisions. - Identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure problem-solving through data-backed approaches. 4. Financial Management: - Oversee budgets, optimize operational costs, and plan for financial sustainability. - Handle contract negotiations and financial planning for key activities. 5.
