Job Title: GL Accountant & Sr. GL Accountant

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office - 5 days)

Shift Timing : 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (UK Shift) | Cab Facility Provided

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our General Ledger (GL) team. The role involves handling end-to-end general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end close processes.

Open Positions & Compensation

GL Accountant (2-3 years of experience) - Up to 10 LPA

Sr. GL Accountant (3-5 years of experience) - Up to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, and Month-End Close activities.

- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data in line with accounting standards.

- Conduct variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and transaction matching.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) and external auditors.

- Review and validate GL processes (Sr. role includes mentoring/junior team support).

- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred).

- Experience:GL Accountant: 2-3 years in General Ledger accounting,Sr. GL Accountant: 3-5 years in General Ledger accounting

- Technical Skills: ERP exposure (Oracle / SAP / JDE preferred), MS Excel proficiency.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL processes.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Interview Process 3 Rounds: 2 with UK Team + Final round with CFO/CEO
