GenAI Product Manager

How You Will Add Value:

- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and deliver impactful AI product features.

- Serve as the primary interface between users and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Leverage user feedback and market insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Lead the product development process, from roadmap creation to agile execution.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and align on priorities for timely delivery.

- Help shape the company's AI strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in generative AI solutions.

- Ensure our products address real business needs and deliver measurable value.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

- Minimum 4 - 7 years in product management roles, ideally with AI, machine learning, or advanced technology focus.

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (AI/ML focus not required).

- Strong sense of autonomy and ownership.

- Strong understanding of both engineering and research science aspects of AI product development.

- Experience with agile methodologies and managing the full product lifecycle.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern AI tools.

- Exceptional adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Hybrid work arrangement based in India)
