GenAI Business Strategy & Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a GenAI Business Strategy & Transformation Lead to anchor the GenAI-for-Business initiative within our India operations. This is a delivery-focused role. The firm's global strategy and transformation team sets the direction, and you will adapt it to the local context, move GenAI initiatives from pilot into everyday use, and drive adoption across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move GenAI initiatives from pilot to production and sustained daily use

- Design and run enablement, change management, incentives, communications, and feedback loops that drive adoption

- Adapt the global GenAI strategy to the local context, sequence initiatives, and execute them effectively

- Work closely with engineering and data teams, with enough technical understanding of architecture, model capabilities, and trade-offs to challenge, prioritise, and unblock

- Embed risk, compliance, and data governance into GenAI initiatives from the outset, including data protection, model risk, and responsible-AI practice

- Define and track adoption and value metrics, and report progress clearly to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years in technology transformation, with recent hands-on GenAI leadership

- A demonstrated track record of driving adoption and moving teams from intent to embedded behaviour, with metrics you owned

- Sound judgement on build, buy, and partner decisions, weighing cost, speed, and control

- Working knowledge of GenAI and modern data and ML systems, sufficient to engage engineers credibly

- Experience in or adjacent to market finance, investment management, or hedge funds

- Practical understanding of the risk, regulatory, and data-governance considerations for AI in financial services

- A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach, comfortable with ambiguity and influencing across a matrixed organization
