Role Overview:
We are hiring a senior leader to own and scale our call-centerled inside sales engine, converting high-intent inbound leads into consistent revenue.
This role requires a strong execution-focused sales leader who has built and scaled B2C/D2C inside sales teams in fast-paced environments and takes complete ownership of revenue outcomes, people, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & Growth:
- Own monthly and annual inside sales revenue targets
- Drive improvements in conversion rates, closures, and average order value
Contact Center & Sales Operations:
- Build and scale high-performance call center operations
- Design and optimize sales processes, call flows, follow-ups, and CRM discipline
- Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and SLA adherence
Consultative Selling & Customer Experience:
- Build a consultative, trust-led sales culture
- Enable teams to educate and guide customers, especially for high-consideration gemstone purchases
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and nurturing
- Align sales execution with website behavior and demand-generation strategies
Data-Driven Leadership:
- Track and manage key KPIs including AOV, lead response time, conversion rates, and agent productivity
- Use dashboards and analytics to coach teams and scale performance
Sales Enablement & Capability Building:
- Drive continuous training on product knowledge, customer personas, upselling, and sales tools
- Build a strong, performance-driven inside sales team
What Were Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales within B2C or D2C environments
- Proven experience professionally managing large-scale call/contact center operations
- Strong track record of owning and scaling revenue-led sales functions
- Hands-on expertise with CRM and lead management systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, WhatsApp, Email)
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales (luxury, wellness, financial services, edtech, real estate) preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience in luxury retail, gems/jewellery, or premium international D2C brands
- Exposure to global customers, especially GCC, US, and SEA markets
