Job Title: Plant Commercial Sr. Manager/ Manager

Location: Krishnapatnam, Nellore

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- Able to handle Commercial functions independently.

- Able to lead a Team of People.

- Handling queries relating to taxation, labour laws, labour problems, operational issues, Customs etc. in consultation with corporate office.

- Conversant with Customs, GST, Labour laws, Factories Act and Income Tax Act.

- Knowledge of other applicable regulations on the plants.

- Experience in Cash and Banking, Financial Accounting.

- Stock Control at Plants, 3rd Party Locations, Port storage locations and its Reconciliation.

- Oil Inventory Management and Accounting.

- Non-Oil Inventory Management and Accounting.

- Experience in MIS, Costing and Material Balancing.

- Ensuring Compliance of All Statutory requirements and maturity to handle plant issues in the best interest of the company.

- Preferred from Oil Industry.

- 10 plus years of experience in the manufacturing plant.

- Liaising with Government Officials.

- Coordinating with Corporate office.

- Knowledge of SAP.

- Ensuring SOPs internal financial controls and authority matrix are followed as per prescribed guidelines.

Experience: 15 - 20 years.

Education: CA / CMA.

Experience Requirements:

- 10 + years of experience in manufacturing location.

- Experience in Manufacturing Accounting.

Competencies:

- Excellent conciliation and communication skills.

- Good interpersonal Skills.

- Factory Inspector.

- All Department HODs.
