About:

- We are seeking a creative and motivated instructional designer with a history of high performance. The person will be responsible for consulting, analysing, and developing highly engaging learning activities and course content.

- The ideal candidate must collaborate with business leaders subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to identify the training needs mapped to business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- Work with SMEs to determine and document performance objectives and learner engagement strategies.

- Generate engaging learning solutions and compelling course content.

- Deliver globally consistent learning experience.

- Develop evaluation strategies to measure the business impact and outcome.

- Communicate effectively in written, oral, and visual form and deliver engaging presentations.

- Maintain course folders and project documentation.

- Apply new technology skills to instructional design.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in English / Mass Media

- Certification in instructional design will be added advantage.

- Good PowerPoint skills

- Demonstrated experience in Adobe Captivate and SAP knowledge will be added advantages
