Role Description:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

- Coordinate for background verifications.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

- Organize and participate in periodic employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 2-6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (corporate or agency).

- Proven experience hiring for multiple roles across functions (non-technical).

- Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring requirements.

- Prior experience in scaling teams or supporting business growth.

- MBA/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Experience in handling Job portal like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and others.
