Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive Presales, Solutioning, Solution Design, Bid Management, and Transition activities. The role involves leading teams, designing solutions, engaging with clients, and ensuring smooth transition of projects while aligning with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support solution proposals.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
2. Pre-Sales Activities
- Lead pre-sales engagements, understanding client needs, and proposing effective solutions.
- Work with sales teams to develop strategies for winning bids and proposals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, BSG, Marketing, and Delivery, to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to set expectations and timelines.
4. Transition, Project Management & Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during transition phases, ensuring smooth handover and relationship management.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices during transitions, project management, and solution design.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to transition processes, solution designs, and client interactions.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutioning and transition activities.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of transition and solutioning professionals, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for transition initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 18+ years overall, with 8+ years in Transition, Solutioning, Presales, or Bid Management in US Healthcare RCM / BPO industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transitions and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
