Upon completion of this 2-year program HRLPs move into critical HR roles in different businesses in GE India  Essential Responsibilities & Program Structure:  - 2 year rotational program offering 3 challenging 8-month assignments.  - Assignments are in varied HR roles like Client support, Employee / Union Relations, Organization & Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development etc.   - Formal classroom training in advanced human resource management techniques, finance and business concepts.   - Extensive contact with peers and senior business and HR leaders across the company.  - Participation in global seminars and Cross-business projects.  Qualifications/Requirements:  - Experienced HR professional with 2-3 yrs of experience and an exceptional track record of delivering results, strong performance with leadership potential.  - Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline from a University or Institute of repute.  - Geographically mobile and flexible to travel to meet the requirements of this role and the broader HRLP program.  - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization up to executive level.  - Sharp business acumen and strong intellectual & analytical skills
