Role reports to the GE Healthcare-South Asia HR Director & supports a local client group of over 1600 employees.  Essential Responsibilities:   - Partner with client managers of the Science & Technology Organization India, which is a a highly matrix organization to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives  - Partner with client managers to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change  - Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance  - Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of world class, contemporary leadership skills  - Provide strategic coaching to the leadership team as related to succession planning, workforce planning, career path development, and performance management  - Lead talent assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to select, retain and develop key talent  - Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training  - Lead client groups through critical HR operating rhythms such as Session C, salary planning and performance management, leveraging assistance from the Employee HRMs & COEs  - Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent  - Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment  - Partner with Lead HRM to provide Employee HRMs with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development opportunities that provide exposure to varied HR skills and experiences  Qualifications/Requirements:   - Master's degree in HR or related discipline In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and substantial work experience  - Minimum 12-14 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR program management experience including employee relations, staffing, and performance management to effectively deliver in a global matrix organization  - Demonstrated ability to make strategic HR decisions and see it through to execution, assessing leadership talent, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with business leaders   - Outstanding communication, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization - both locally & globally  - Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change through strong influencing, change management skills  - Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce   - Ability to energize and lead in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations  - Strong internal and external customer mind-set  - Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
