Role Overview:

As the GCC India Site Head based in Bangalore, you will serve as the primary architect of our local operations, orchestrating the strategic alignment between our global objectives and the high-performance delivery of our Indian center. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and operational excellence, engaging directly with global leadership, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth.

Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex operational landscapes, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that our site serves as a center of excellence that delivers tangible business outcomes and value to our global clients. By championing leadership development and operational rigor, you will directly influence the scalability and long-term success of our footprint in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end India Site Operations and P&L of the India site to ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and the achievement of aggressive growth targets.

- Spearhead corporate strategy initiatives by aligning local site capabilities with global business goals to enhance service delivery and market competitiveness.

- Cultivate high-performing leadership teams through structured development programs, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent capable of managing complex, large-scale operations.

- Manage critical stakeholder relationships across global and local levels to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless collaboration on strategic projects.

- Oversee comprehensive risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and security threats within the site.

- Drive client engagement strategies by maintaining high service standards and fostering innovation that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business retention.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to Set Up, Manage and Scale up a GCC from scratch.

- Experience of setting up a GCC as a greenfield project is a must.

- At least 10+ years experience in managing P&L responsibilities and complex business operations within a Global Capability Center environment.

- Proven expertise in translating corporate strategy into actionable operational plans for the GCC that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-cultural organizational dynamics.

- Strong aptitude for leadership development, with a track record of mentoring diverse teams and building high-performance cultures.

- Advanced proficiency in risk management and operational governance, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global corporate standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for representing the site to global stakeholders and fostering a collaborative, hybrid-ready work environment.

- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a premier institute is highly preferred, providing the foundational knowledge to manage complex general management functions.
