Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the setup and expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for clients.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in providing end-to-end consulting and advisory services, ensuring seamless establishment, governance, and operational excellence of GCCs.

Key Responsibilities:

GCC Setup & Strategy:

- Drive the end-to-end setup of GCCs for global clients, including strategy, planning, and execution.

- Define Target Operating Models (TOMs), governance frameworks, and operating structures tailored to client needs.

- Develop and implement playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices for GCC operations.

Consulting & Advisory:

- Provide consulting services to CXOs and senior stakeholders on GCC setup, transformation, and scaling strategies.

- Partner with clients to identify operational efficiencies, cost optimizations, and talent strategies.

- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment of GCC operations with clients business objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with global leadership teams, business heads, and external partners to drive collaboration and successful delivery.

- Build long-term client relationships by demonstrating thought leadership and measurable impact.

Performance & Transformation:

- Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and governance models to track success of GCC initiatives.

- Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and digital enablement.

Leadership & People Development:

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams engaged in GCC setup and consulting projects.

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years in consulting, advisory, or transformation roles, with proven expertise in GCC setup and management.

Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of GCC frameworks, operating models, process transitions, and capability building.

Leadership: Ability to influence and partner with C-level executives and global stakeholders.

Consulting Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution design capabilities.

Project Management: Strong skills in program management, governance, and execution.

Communication: Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
