GCC Head

We are seeking an experienced GCC Head to lead and scale our India Capability Centre. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategy, operations, governance, service delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational growth while positioning the GCC as a strategic partner to the global business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall GCC strategy, operations, and growth agenda.

- Drive operational excellence, service delivery, governance, and transformation initiatives.

- Build and manage high-performing multi-functional teams across business verticals.

- Partner with global leadership to align GCC priorities with business objectives.

- Establish robust performance management, risk management, and governance frameworks.

- Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost efficiency initiatives.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in GCC, Shared Services, GBS, or Global Operations leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-functional operations within a GCC environment.

- Strong track record of building, scaling, or transforming GCC/Shared Services organizations.

- Experience managing senior leaders and global stakeholder relationships.

- Expertise in service delivery, governance, operational excellence, and business transformation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience setting up or expanding GCC/Capability Centres.

- Exposure to Finance, HR, Technology, Operations, Procurement, or other shared services functions.

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
