The Key deliverables from the job are

1) Build GCC solutions in the context of GCC pursuits

2) Help in setting up GCC operations 3) Establish Methodology and Process Development: Create detailed process flows, playbooks, etc

4) Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and guidance.

5) Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Person capability requirements

1) Should have experience in business analysis (BA experience would be beneficial) ;

2) Exp in consulting, advisory, or a similar role within a Global Capability Center or related environment.

- Expertise: Proven expertise in building captive operations methodologies, writing process flows, playbooks, SOPs, and Target Operating Models.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
